LiDAR true depth is exclusive to the Pro models of iPad and iPhones for now.

So, only the iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro, and 2020 or newer iPad Pro models 11 and 12 have LiDAR sensors built in.
